Putting School Loos in the Spotlight

German Toilet Organization (GTO) works to improve sanitation and hygiene at schools in Germany and across the globe since 2009. Using self-developed programmes, tools and methodologies, GTO positively changes the behaviour of students and increases the caringness of adults in school environments. The sustainable operation and maintenance of safe, clean and hygienic school restrooms is made possible by empowering students and inspiring political, social and institutional change.
